Centennial College recently closed an office renovation tender and I am very surprise its approximately $170/sq foot for an office renovation. Its a very simple office renovation and not too many offices.
Is this a reasonable price range? Is it because we are in GTA the prices are high?
3 years from now are we looking at close to $200/sq foot for a general office renovation !?!?
I want to share this because how can we plan for it?
