Hi Everyone,
I’m sure all of us have motorized blinds in our campuses. Who do you reach out to when you have issues with these blinds? Do you service them in-house or do you have a third-party contractor look at them? Our internal team looks at them at first and bring in Legrand when necessary, but their service quality is not getting better. If anyone can share a reliable company/contractor who can work on motorized blinds, that would be appreciated.
