I would like to reach out to the group to see if anyone has a red seal Millwright on staff for mechanical trade support? Fanshawe college is looking to expand our college infrastructure with a new central energy center and are looking at the role of a maintenance Millwright role. This role would include the vibration analyses, pump alinement and day to day operations of the energy center.
If no one is utilizing the millwright role, how are you supporting your large pump maintenance? Did you send plumbers and HVAC technicians out for specialized training?
