To truly get value out of the investment that your institution is making in conducting the Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs), the data needs to be useful in developing defensible Multiyear Capital Plans that are focused on improving your Deferred Capital Renewal and Maintenance Backlog. This lunch and learn will focus on several different methods, including the VFA.facility Project Module that Colleges and Universities can use to integrate data from their FCAs with non-condition needs that will enhance the internal communication of needs and priorities, while also assisting in maintaining the integrity of your data over time.
