At Humber, we’ve completed a utilization study where we counted the number of occupants in our office spaces over a span of a few weeks (during the Fall Semester) to see the real occupancy number. From here, we are developing a plan on how we can utilize our office spaces the most efficient way. I hope this helps.
At Centennial, Progress campus only, we are on trial run for merging departments, to better use the office space. Reduce to ultimately no longer use lease spaces, control the budget and make better use of office space.
