Hello,
I am being contacted repeatedly by energy companies that promise us better rates on electricity and gas and associated services. I am not sure what are the questions I should be asking. It just seems too good to be true, including how they can find of we have been overcharged by our Hydro Company. I cn’t wrap my head around it.
Can you let me know if you have some info or experience with such companies ? If you are using one, what are the good sides and the pitfalls ? If not, waht arguments did you use to keep them away ?
We are working to reduce our electricity and gas usage over the years so I am not sure if this is the right time to get into an agreement such as this one.
