Polling and Survey Tools – Google Forms

In our business of work, there will be times where we need to create a survey to capture a poll, vote, or simply get an input from a group of individuals. One of the most simplest and cost-free survey tools out there is Google Forms. All you need is a Google Account and you are ready to go. A couple of key tips on using this application are:

1. Feel free to add photos in your poll or survey – it keeps it interesting
2. The results can be collected through the standards results sheet, which can be printed through PDF. Or better yet, it has the ability to export the results on a spreadsheet for further modification.
3. Sending the poll or survey is as easy as sharing a link to anyone. Once the link is open, the poll or survey can be completed using your mobile phone or computer.
